Your scope of work:
- You will take responsibility for the restaurant and bar our guests with the usual Asian guest cordiality
- Adherence to our high quality standards
- Receive and settle service accounts
- co-responsible for the apprentices, interns and foreign students
What you bring to the table:
- Host with passion, sound professional experience from a comparable position
- Basic education in gastronomy
- Front-oriented, winning and polite personality with attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of German, other foreign languages are a plus
- Reliable and structured way of working and business management skills
